Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre is an established and reputable early education service in Bendigo. We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable and inspiring Educational Leader to join our team and work closely with the Centre Director to strengthen practice, pedagogy and program quality across the service.

About the Role
As Educational Leader, you will guide, mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs that reflect the values of Belonging, Being and Becoming.
You will lead pedagogy, reflective practice and program development, while also providing hands-on support in ratio when required to ensure consistency and smooth day-to-day operations.
You will also receive ongoing professional development, coaching and support through regular connection with the Company Pedagogy & Practice Leader.

You Will:
* Champion high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF, VEYLF and NQF
* Mentor and guide educators through reflective practice, documentation and planning cycles
* Lead observations, assessment, programming and curriculum evaluation
* Build educator capability, confidence and professionalism
* Support a strong, consistent team culture grounded in accountability and kindness
* Work closely with the Centre Director on quality improvement, compliance and best practice
* Provide in-ratio support on the floor where needed to maintain continuity and high-quality service delivery
* Build strong relationships with families and the community
* Engage in ongoing learning supported by the Company Pedagogy & Practice Leader

What You Bring:
* Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF/VEYLF and regulatory requirements
* Confidence in leading pedagogy and guiding educators
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisation, planning and time-management capability
* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
