Based in
Yatala, Pinkenba,
or
Kooragang,
this role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the drive to grow. You'll receive full training, coaching, and support to build your confidence, learn our products, and develop your career in sales and service.
What will you be doing?
* Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
* Build relationships, create quotes, and process reservations
* Identify opportunities to grow business and support your team

Qualifications and required experience
* Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume call environment is highly regarded
* Comfortable using CRM systems
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training
