This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.
Responsibilities
* Manage leads provided by the brokerage and track progress in the CRM system.
* Conduct property showings, draft offers, and negotiate on clients' behalf.
* Take part in hands‑on field training and peer learning sessions.
* Represent buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
* Ensure all activities comply with state licensing rules and brokerage standards.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 completed transaction preferred.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Coachable and open to continuous learning.
* Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
* Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple clients.
Compensation
$120,000 at plan earnings
