Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Technology Installation Specialist to support the installation, testing, and commissioning of Nurse Call, Duress, and integrated healthcare communication systems.
This role requires a practical mindset, attention to detail, and the flexibility to travel and work overtime as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, testing, and commissioning of healthcare technology systems
* Fault finding and system diagnostics
* Interfacing with other systems
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
* Completing commissioning documentation and site reports
* Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients
* Providing technical support during and after project delivery
Requirements:
* Trade or technical background in electronics, communications, electrical, or similar field
* Previous experience in system commissioning or technical installations preferred
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, site drawings, and technical manuals
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to travel interstate and regionally as required
* Ability to work overtime and outside standard hours as needed
* Current Driver's Licence
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Industry certifications or security licences (advantageous but not essential)
