* We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of Finance solutions by analysing business processes, identifying improvements, and defining clear functional and technical requirements.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, model business processes, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure solutions deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities
">
1. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and document requirements.
2. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and research to gather insights and define solutions.
3. Develop process maps and business cases that address genuine business needs.
4. Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and IT requirements.
5. Coordinate with technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
6. Manage change requests and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
7. Support user testing, training, and post-implementation monitoring.
8. Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with internal standards.
9. Contribute to sprint planning and agile delivery processes.

Requirements
">
* 5–8 years as a Business Analyst, with 1–2 years in a technical or systems analyst role;
* Strong experience in business process modelling and data mapping;
* Business Analysis, Agile certification and/or tertiary qualifications preferred;
* Experience in regulated environments;
* Experience working on finance projects is a plus;
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaborative decision-making;
* Skilled in requirement elicitation, process design, and UAT management;
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills;
* Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced environments;
* Passion for improving user and customer experiences.
