About the Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity to step into a Manager-level role within a leading, nationally established business advisory and accounting firm, known for working closely with Australia's most sophisticated privately owned businesses, families, and entrepreneurial groups. The firm combines the agility of a high-quality advisory practice with the backing, scale, and long-term stability of a major financial services group.
The business is built around developing well-rounded advisers, not narrow technicians. Senior team members are trusted with meaningful client exposure, commercial decision-making, and the autonomy to genuinely influence outcomes. Culture is values-led, collaborative, and strongly focused on long-term careers rather than short-term churn.
Based in Melbourne, this role sits at the intersection of technical excellence, people leadership, and commercial advisory, offering the chance to partner closely with Directors and Partners while managing your own portfolio of business owner clients.
