Overview
You will be working within an energetic, friendly environment with a dedicated Head Chef and team. This is a unique chance for a professional qualified chef to join a busy kitchen and enjoy the fast-paced environment.
We are looking for an outstanding person with experience in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines, delivering good quality and modern, innovative food.
Responsibilities
- Take pride in food presentation and deliver top quality results
- Manage your own sections and ensure a consistently high standard of food throughout service
- Ensure clear communication and customer service skills
- Maintain immaculate grooming and presentation
- Adapt to a rotating roster and a 5-day work week across a 7-day operation (approx. 38 hours per week)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
- Food hygiene compliance, knowledge, and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
