The Client Relations Officer (Tenancy) will provide a broad range of applicant, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients, advocates and other stakeholders. The position is responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service to applicants and tenants and to assist with the efficient and effective management of a portfolio of tenancies. Your role will be to manage tenancies and support clients to maintain long-term housing.
This role will be a 35 hour per week position based in Moree.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has the following:
1. A Certificate 3 in Social Housing or equivalent (desirable), ORAttained previous experience in a relevant industry/service, ORThe equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required, OR Completed relevant studies, without on-the-job experience. We welcome applicants with previous experience in Social Housing, Welfare and/or Property Management.
2. Previous experience in a client-focused role
3. Current Driver's License
4. Current Criminal History Check
5. Willingness to obtain Working With Children Check
