**The Opportunity**:

As a commercial property or leasing professional, you will be accountable for overseeing all commercial agreements to enable future security and reinvestment to ensure the enjoyment of use for future generations.
**_Your Key Accountabilities will include:_**
- Investigating, assessing, developing and negotiating new and complex agreements such as leases and permits
- Assisting in the management of existing agreements
- Providing support and guidance to a team member
- Contributing to the development of policies and key initiatives
- Driving negotiations relating to contract conditions for commercial agreements to optimise financial return and corporate position
- Building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the delivery of a customer-centric service
- Championing the organisation's culture to meet corporate objectives and promote teamwork, employee development and empowerment.

- This secure, long-term opportunity offers a base salary of between $101,976 - $110,619 plus super, depending on the commencement date, complete with annual salary reviews.
- You will have access to a company vehicle if travel onto a site is required.
**Your Skills and Attributes**:
To secure this exciting opportunity, we are looking for the following:
- A commercially oriented property manager, leasing professional or equivalent, with sound exposure to agreements including leases, licences, permits and consents, is favourable
- You will demonstrate proven experience in leading complex negotiations involving multiple legislative influences
- Excellent written communication skills and experience in the preparation of recommendations for senior management
- Superior decision-making skills with sound commercial awareness and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Willingness to travel to the site when required to meet with local representatives
