THE ROLE:
We are seeking a full-time Relationship & Development Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring all alumni and external relationships are actively and positively developed and maintained.
SELECTION CRITERIA
• Relevant industry experience (a strong network, connection or interest in the Australian Agriculture Industry is specifically welcomed).
• Facilitating philanthropic giving and connecting individuals to the College's Foundation
• Evidence of positive relationship building with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain professional networks to enhance community engagement with the College
• Excellent communication and organisational skills and demonstrated
ability to work successfully independently and in a functional and cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, scheduling and
managing events.
• Business acumen and exposure to budget forecasting and
Management
• Experience leading a function and direct reports successfully.
• Software application proficiency in database management, desktop publishing (desirable) and all office-based applications as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Desirable)Tertiary qualification in Event Management, Fundraising, Marketing or Public Relations (or related)
