Key Responsibilities:
* Create blended learning solutions that enhance the Defence and training sectors.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team where creativity and innovation thrive.
* Provide expert advice and lead the development of interactive, blended learning content aligned with institute policies in partnership with educators.
* Apply adult learning principles to design digital, blended, and simulation-based solutions, and evaluate eLearning products to improve teaching quality.
About You

* Possess a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field with extensive experience; plus expertise in Learning Management Systems.
* Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or above, or be willing to complete selected units of the qualification.
As an instructional designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education through innovative learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and be able to apply them to create engaging, effective learning experiences.
Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with educators and stakeholders to design and implement high-quality learning solutions.
