About the Role
This role places you as the first point of contact for clients, delivering timely solutions and fostering teamwork.
* Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, web, and email, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
* Collaborate with operations to resolve service delivery delays or issues.
* Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer data.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
