The opportunity

Join us as a key contributor as Business Transformation Consultant by supporting Analytics, Insights, and Claims Integrity to fulfill our vision of affordable healthcare for all and helping execute on the health insurance strategy. As a part of our team, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive transformation activities aligned with strategic objectives.

This is a permanent full-time position based in our Melbourne or Sydney offices. (Bupa offers hybrid working and you can work from the office or at home)

**How will I help?**

In this role, you will actively support the execution of the Analytics, Insights, and Claims Integrity roadmap, fostering wide engagement within the team and across the business. Your responsibilities will include documenting and preparing reports, papers, and presentations to support the transformation agenda.

By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify areas for process optimization and redesign, ensuring a strong return on investment. You will also assist the leadership team in identifying opportunities and addressing operational gaps, while designing and implementing new operating models.

Coaching and upskilling functional teams to embrace sustained change and maximize outcomes will be crucial. Your role will involve gathering requirements, coordinating initiatives, analysing data to determine root causes of problems, and communicating insights to support decision-making. Ultimately, you will help cultivate a culture of innovation, customer centricity, and change throughout the organization, driving competitive advantage for Bupa.

**What do I need?**

To excel in this role, you should have experience supporting large teams in transformation, organisational change, process optimisation, or innovation projects, with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes within a service-based industry. You should be skilled in handling complex and unstructured datasets across multiple systems. Additionally, your ability to influence diverse stakeholders through compelling business cases and storytelling is crucial.

You should be comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously with leaders, technical experts, and functional specialists. Strong written and presentation skills are essential for converting data into insightful reports and presentations. Your proven ability to perform under tight time constraints, adapt to challenges, and demonstrate critical thinking skills will be invaluable. Experience working in an agile and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders is highly desired. Finally, your receptiveness to feedback, ability to extract insights, and adaptability in response will contribute to your success in this role.
