Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, the Supervisor Maintenance will lead the mechanical team in a safe and productive work environment. They will assist the operational readiness delivery, contribute to planning processes, manage electrical personnel and work closely with the Production Supervisors to achieve our common goal.

The Role
The Supervisor Maintenance will lead the mechanical team in a safe and productive work environment by ensuring all work practices/procedures meet statutory & company OHS&E operational standards within the Maintenance Department and will hold the statutory role of Maintenance Supervisor as per Mines Regulations.
About You:
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor Maintenance to join our team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality maintenance outcomes and enjoy working in a hands‐on, fixed plant environment, we'd love to hear from you.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Mechanical Trade Qualification and have at least 5 years of post-trade experience, ideally within the mining industry and working on fixed plant equipment. The successful candidate will have experience in leading a team with a strong understanding of people management and the employee lifecycle. You must also hold your Statutory Supervisor Qualification.
You will bring strong capability in asset management and preventative maintenance, along with a solid understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (Pronto). Confidence using the Microsoft Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneNote) is essential, as is the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 3 months and, if site based, must hold a WA White Card.
You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
