Our Customer Service team is the front line of our business — proudly providing first‐class support to internal and external customers. This is not a call centre role; it's a dynamic, relationship‐focused position where every day brings variety and opportunities to learn.
In This Fast‐paced, Customer‐focused Role, You Will
* Deliver outstanding service to a broad range of commercial clients
* Manage technical phone and email enquiries
* Process orders, returns, service requests and general enquiries via our Omni Channel platform
* Work closely with internal teams to drive positive outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and customer documentation
* Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives
* Resolve customer enquiries promptly while supporting team KPIs
