Espritec Australia delivers fire detection and security solutions for residential homes and business premises across New South Wales.
Our product portfolio includes fire alarms, fire detectors, automatic door and gate operators, intelligent home automation, CCTV and integrated access control systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide tailored fire and security solutions for residential and commercial sites in NSW and ACT.
Deliver sales, service and maintenance of fire alarms, detectors, door operators, home automation, CCTV and access control.
Install, upgrade and maintain fire and security control systems, including audio and video intercoms.
Plan and design security systems – alarms, smart panels, intercoms, access control and CCTV.
Diagnose faults, repair equipment, replace defective parts and test for efficient performance.
Provide customer education on system operation and attend customer service calls.
Qualifications
Education: Certificate III + at least 2 years of on-job training or Certificate IV, or at least 3 years of relevant experience without a formal qualification.
Experience: Roughly 1–2 years of highly relevant experience.
Skills:
Expertise as a Fire Technician and Security Technician.
Sound knowledge of systems, equipment and products.
Experienced in installing, repairing and maintaining fire and security systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting, testing and replacing defective parts.
Excellent customer service skills.
