Atturra is seeking a Change & Adoption Manager to support clients undergoing large-scale, technology-driven business transformations. The role involves developing and implementing change management and learning strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities include:
1. Applying structured methodologies to design user adoption plans.
2. Leading change management and learning activities.
3. Conducting impact analyses, assessing readiness, and identifying stakeholders.
4. Engaging with and managing relationships with stakeholders.
5. Designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications.
6. Analyzing learning needs, documenting requirements, and delivering training.
7. Identifying and mitigating risks.
8. Consulting and coaching stakeholders and project teams.
9. Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on activities, risks, and issues.
Requirements:
- Active Baseline Clearance.
- Location: Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- 10+ years experience in change management and learning.
- Experience with complex business application projects (e.g., SAP, TechnologyOne, Microsoft).
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Change Management and Learning.
