Our menu features Pho for breakfast and lunch daily, along with classic Banh Mi, refreshing Vermicelli Noodles, handmade Summer Rolls based on grandma's recipe, and other fresh and healthy options. We are dedicated to bringing the true flavors of Vietnam to Australia with a focus on nutritious food.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an energetic leader who can inject fun and personality into an environment whilst maintaining professionalism and getting the job done?
This is a hands-on role focused on creating an exceptional experience for guests and staff alike. You’ll bring professionalism and personality to the floor while managing day-to-day operations and developing your team.
The successful candidate will be self motivated, hard working & able to stay cool during a busy service. You will also have the chance to broaden your skill set under the guidance of the directors, who have significant industry experience in hospitality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead FOH recruitment, training & development
Manage rosters, shifts & stock
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Drive sales, monitor budgets & report on performance

2+ years in a similar leadership role
Strong wine & cocktail knowledge
Calm under pressure with a fun, professional attitude
