The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a positive mindset, great communication skills and be a team player. Heavy manual labour is involved in this position in cutting, fitting and assembling hose materials. Duties and responsibilities: Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations. Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries. At least 6 months to a years’ experience in Customer service or warehouse Mechanical aptitude with hydraulic experience is advantageous Computer literate at an intermediate level (Outlook etc) Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas. Desire to learn quickly. Proven safety and quality focus & the ability to perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
