We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our AI Transformation practice. This role will specifically focus on working on Modern Work projects; so, experience with SharePoint along with a strong data focus will be key.
What you'll do:
* Work closely with clientsand/or project team tounderstandtheir business needs, analysing processes, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness through technology.
* Analyseprocessesand requirements to produce detailed user stories and detailed documentation.
* Produce current state and future stateworkflowsand user journeys.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers,technicalspecialistsand senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
* Drive stakeholder engagement through owning,documentingand presenting detailed information and workshop facilitation.
* Work with various technical and business teams and senior leaders asappropriate, to drive delivery based on best practices, standards, and Agile methodologies.
* Building business cases and surfacing options to bring business visions to life & provide details and insight to scope new projects.
* Ensuring technology implementations satisfy both requirements and business goals/outcomes through benefits realisation.
* Data Analysis, often simply through spreadsheet data, or other data-based tools – SQL, BI, etc.
* Involvement with acceptance testing, testing strategy and planning.
Our ideal person will have:
* 5+years of experience working inagileenvironmentson large technical projects including areas inAI/Data/Cloud Migration/Modern Work and Businesstransformation.
* Experience working incomplex projects with different stakeholders.
* Ability to define, documentand assess current state processes, constraints, and risks toensure the right problem is being solved.
* Strong knowledge of Agile practices and tools for managing requirements and backlogs, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
* Ability to think creatively and outside of the box.
* Working knowledge and experience in using modern collaboration tools, such as Miro and Figma.
* Highly proficient technical writing and diagramming capabilities.
* Genuine and personable communicationskills.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical bynature,inquisitive,curiousandwithadesire to learn.
* Ideally strong MS tech stack knowledge aligned with our Arinco services.
