We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our finance team. Ideally, you will have worked in construction, engineering, or other heavy industries and bring confidence in navigating fast-paced, complex environments.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to our finance team in a fast-paced project-based environment. This includes performing accurate data entry and reporting using Excel, including pivot tables and spreadsheets.

* Assist with document control, scanning, filing, and maintaining organised digital records.

You will thrive in this role if you have:
* A Certificate III Business Administration qualification or similar.
* Previous administration and data entry experience.
* Intermediate to advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite.
