Role Description
This is a high-impact role for someone who is motivated by building relationships, closing deals, and growing a strong client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities with builders, developers, and construction companies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, residential, and industrial builders and developers
* Promote and present our aluminium window and door solutions to prospective clients
* Identify and secure new projects within the construction industry
* Work with internal teams to prepare quotes and deliver projects efficiently
* Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tracking systems
* Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities
* Represent the business at networking events and industry meetings
Qualifications
* Strong salesmanship, prospecting, and deal-closing skills
* Experience in client relationship management and account development
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry is advantageous
* Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Victoria and neighbouring states
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Existing industry network is highly regarded but not mandatory
Salary & Commission Structure
Training and Probationary Period (3 Months)
* $75,000 Base Salary + Super (minimum)
Post-Probation
* $85,000 Base Salary + Super (minimum)
* 3% Commission on sales from clients sourced by the Sales Executive
* 5% Commission if monthly sales exceed $750,000
Remuneration will depend on the experience and industry knowledge of a successful candidate
