We are hiring – Landscape Construction Labourer (Full-Time)
With plenty of exciting work ahead, we are looking for a reliable and motivated labourer to join our growing team. Next Level Landscapes is a well-established landscaping company that has been creating beautiful and practical outdoor spaces for over 15 years. We operate in all aspects of high-end landscape construction and consistently receive high praise. We show up with honesty, follow through on what we say and don't avoid the tough stuff.
What We Are Looking For:
* Some experience in landscaping or construction (paving, concreting, retaining walls, etc.)
* Elementary knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials and equipment
* Basic ability to read plans and to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
* Machine experience (excavator etc.) is an advantage
* Ability to tackle challenges head-on and find practical solutions
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work within a team
Location & Work Details:
* This is a Labourer role working across a variety of landscape construction projects
* Full-time with immediate start
* Our warehouse is based in Somersby
* Most jobs located within 30–60 minutes of the warehouse
* Occasional travel to Sydney job sites
Requirements:
* Prior experience in landscaping or construction preferred
* Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, machinery and safety practices
* Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
* NSW White Card
* Commitment to delivering high-quality work
* A genuine enthusiasm for landscape design
