ICT Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic ICT solutions specialist to join our Robina office.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Pre-Sales function by bringing a strong solution architect mindset through scoping, designing and driving new ICT solutions for our customers.
You will work closely with our Sales Team, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance to deliver high-quality ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scope, design and drive new ICT solutions for clients, working collaboratively with the Sales Team
* Prepare quotations as required
* Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers as required
* Identify new business opportunities, to support customer IT strategies
* Provide technical support and strategic advice to both customers and internal teams
* Always follow onPlatinum policies and procedures
* Promote company culture and values
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in ICT sales, technical account management, or solution architecture within the MSP space
* Proven experience scoping and designing ICT solutions for SMEs
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Experience with Microsoft 365 essential, ConnectWise or Kaseya experience highly regarded
* General understanding of Cyber Security and data/voice products desirable
* Experience working with education sector clients is a plus
* Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or full working rights required
