Criteria
* Exceptional design sensibility and technical / documentation expertise to carry design intent
* Strong communication skills for client liaison, relationship building and team / stakeholder collaboration
* Oversee budgets and manage project resourcing to achieve key deliverables for project success with ability to respond effectively to evolving project requirements
* Strong experience in local, Australian projects essential along with actionable knowledge of codes, standards and output that works in conjunction with both innovation and buildability
* Proactive, positive, can do attitude with a passion for great architecture
* Proficient in Revit as a primary tool
* Strong experience in primarily Multi Residential + Commercial works to reflect current pipeline
* 7-10+ years of studio experience
* Brisbane or greater Brisbane region located
