Your New Role
As the Senior Systems Analyst, you'll work closely with business teams to understand their needs, translate requirements for external vendors, and support the rollout of new and enhanced applications. You'll coordinate with multiple MSPs across Salesforce, SuccessFactors and OpenText, oversee complex incidents and ServiceNow items, and contribute to upcoming system deployments. The role blends BAU support with project delivery and suits someone confident working across several platforms at once.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Strong experience gathering requirements or contributing to solution design
Background supporting enterprise applications such as CRM, HR, finance or document management systems
Hands‑on experience with:
Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
SAP SuccessFactors
OpenText
ServiceNow
Ability to work effectively with MSPs and coordinate changes and enhancements
Solid communication skills and the ability to interpret technical information for business users
Comfortable working across multiple applications and adapting to a fast‑moving environment
