Required Experience
* Proven experience in software development, including experience with lead or managerial role.
* Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise‐level web applications.
* Strong delivery track record within tight project timelines.

* Outstanding leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Methodologies
* Deep understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
