You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our social media and online store, ensuring products, campaigns, and content are always accurate, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
This role is perfect for someone who has proven experience in eCommerce and digital marketing and can start immediately.
Experience is a MUST. It's a casual role ATM with a possibility to turn into a full‑time role for a suitable candidate.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate eCommerce activities across Shopify, Amazon and eBay
* Manage marketplaces, ensuring all products are listed on all marketplaces
* Create and manage content across META, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, email campaigns, and more
* Plan, schedule and brief EDMs and email flows
* Report on sale performance, product trends, and category insights
* Track competitor movements and rising social trends by region
Qualifications
* A true design lover – aesthetic, detail‑obsessed, and brand‑driven
* A strong track record in content creation across social, email, video, and blog
* Hands‑on skills to create DIY content (design, video, copywriting) with the ability to brief and manage others
* Proven experience in eCommerce marketing, essential, especially Amazon Seller Central
* Experience with Canva or basic Figma
* Comfortable with social media scheduling and analytics tools
* Familiarity with AI tools that speed up content production (highly desirable)
* Creative, energetic, and organised with the ability to move fast and deliver
* A genuine self‑starter, sees what needs to be done and does it
* Possibility of sponsorship for a qualified individual
