About the Position
Field Supervisor - Exploration FIFO would be responsible for:
* Leading a team of day and night shifts for exploration.
* Providing a hands on approach to enable effective supervision of personnel and associated exploration activities
* Train and mentor drillers and assistants
* Supervise drilling operations and crews
* Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues
* Liaise and coordinate with the client
* Manage transport, excavation, multiple rigs and crew
* Boots on the ground position with a strong admin team providing support in the office.
* Plan ahead, solve problems and fix issues
* Maintain accurate records and reports on daily operations
* Conduct toolbox meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations
* Contribute to a strong safety culture
Position Requirements
* 3-5 years experience as a supervisor
* Must be able to multi-task, strong organisation - plan for future, problem solve, see problems through and fix issues
* Must have RC drilling experience
* S26 required
* HR-B Minimum
* Cert IV in Drilling Operations preferred
* First Aid Certificate
* Solid communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Must be able to pass pre employment medical
* National Police Clearance required
* Full Working Rights in Australia
