Job Description:
• Document (confluence) inc. block diagrams evolving DuckCreek squad
Developer working environment (ODW based) and maintain documentation as it evolves
o Document platform context of DevOps pipeline
• Document (confluence) inc. block diagrams evolving Duck creek squad QA
working environment (Suncorp virtual machine and Duck creek On Demand) and
maintain documentation as it evolves
• Document Platform context of integrations and related security for
Duck Creek On Demand non production instances (Dev/test Domain, Pre -Prod
Domain, Prod Domain exc. ODW see above) and maintain as this evolves over the
program
• Support engagements with Suncorp Security and Infrastructure
representation from a Duck Creek platform context
• Engage Duck Creek solution & delivery representatives as required
to support developing DC platform documentation and any changes required in the
DC platform environments/solutions
• Leveraging prior experience provide hands off support and guidance to
the Duck Creek platform team on best practises for solution delivery
(development and testing) in the context of Duck Creek on -demand Billing,
Policy active & Clarity (Insights acceptable) and ODW.
• Support triage and resolution of issues with E2E Development / QA
working environments also DevOps
• Where necessary be responsible for engaging other teams to support
this resolution including raising tickets as necessary
• Provide technical support for platform governance for development
testing and DevOps
• Be the technical contact point for Platform Leadership team and
ability to represent at various forums in a technical capacity
Must
• Enabling development & testing for Duck Creek On Demand
implementation including DevOps
• Documenting development E2E environments, processes and procedures
• Engaging stakeholders to review and confirm documentation
• Providing useful documentation for Platform leadership teams and Developers
and Testers.
• Engagement with Enterprise Security, infrastructure architects
• Engagement with Solution architecture Should Have experience in
technically leading Duck Creek development & test teams or squad
