Job Title: Associate - Commonwealth Government (Construction/Property)

Job Responsibilities:
- Advising on and drafting construction and property contracts.
- Conducting local and interstate litigation and arbitrations from start to finish.
- Working on major infrastructure projects, including airport developments, road, and other civil construction.
- Providing legal advice and services to both private and government clients in the realm of construction, property, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborating with a national integrated team based across Canberra and Darwin.
- Engaging directly with clients and teaming up with national colleagues.

Education and Experience Information:
