About the Role:
The role will provide administrative and financial services to the site management and personnel for the Department of Transport Contract. The individual will be responsible for various tasks such as signing in visitors, raising purchase orders in SAP, liaising with vendors, assisting with ordering uniforms and travel arrangements, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to site management and personnel
* Managing finance-related activities, including purchase orders and vendor liaison
* Assisting with travel arrangements and uniform ordering
* Performing data entry and other general administration tasks

Requirements:
* Experience with Microsoft Suite, SAP, and Ariba
* At least 3 years of finance and administration experience
* Good command of the English language
* Previous customer service or client-facing experience
