As we take Ksubi to the next level, we’re looking for a Graphic Apparel Artist to join our design team to help us bring the brand to life across Australia and New Zealand. As an Apparel Graphic Artist at Ksubi, you’ll bring culture to life through graphics, artwork and print design that cut through - creating pieces that feel authentic, relevant and unmistakably Ksubi. You’ll shape seasonal direction through mood boards, colour stories and original concepts that drive men's and women's collections and collaborations. Working closely with Design, Production, Buying and Marketing, you’ll take ideas from sketch to sample with technical precision and a commercial eye. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll juggle multiple projects, oversee freelance talent, and help define the graphic point of view for one of the world’s leading streetwear brands. What You'll Do Create original artwork, graphics and prints that feel distinctly Ksubi and push the brand forward. Build mood boards, colour direction and seasonal graphic concepts that shape each collection. CAD up garments, lay out artwork and prepare accurate art specs that support flawless first samples. Partner with Design, Production and Buying to deliver cohesive, on-brand ranges across men's, women's and collaborations. Review strike-offs, trims and embellishments, managing changes to ensure perfect execution. Source, brief and manage freelance artists to bring fresh creative ideas into the mix. Work closely with Marketing to translate seasonal graphics into consistent brand assets and storytelling. Balance creativity with timelines - managing multiple projects, staying ahead of the critical path and proactively solving problems. What You'll Bring 5 years’ experience as an Apparel Graphic Artist in a fashion, streetwear or youth-focused brand. Strong illustration and hand-drawing skills paired with advanced Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). A sharp eye for youth and streetwear trends - across graphics, typography, colour and cultural cues. Technical knowledge of print, embroidery, washes, finishing and applying artwork to apparel. Experience building clear, accurate technical specs and CADs for development and production. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace. Collaborative energy - able to work with teams, take feedback, lead freelancers and communicate clearly. Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to push boundaries while staying true to Ksubi’s DNA.
