* This is a permanent full-time role within a thriving manufacturing landscape, requiring : Trades Certificate and experience with small machines lathes and machining centres.
* Location : North-western Tasmania.
Your normal day will involve :
1. Setting up and running small machine lathes and machining centres.
2. Creating manifold, brackets, and engine mounts for the mining and defence industry.
3. Collaborating with a team of skilled engineers to meet production targets.
4. Engaging in ongoing training opportunities, including programming.

You will need :
5. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
6. Strong understanding of machining processes.
7. Willingness to learn Mazatrol programming.
8. Minimum visa required : Permanent Resident (PR).
