We are seeking a skilled and professional Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
* Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
* Maintain stock levels and store presentation to high standards
* Ensure responsible service of alcohol by checking ID
* Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Requirements:
* Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Physically fit for lifting and stocking duties
* Must be 18+ and hold (or be willing to obtain) RSA certification
