We are currently seeking a full time **Assistant Property Building Manager** who is an all rounder.
**You're main duties are, but not limited to**:
- Manage guests, tenants and owners
- Manage body corporate jobs
- Maintain client accounts
- Manage reservations
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling Quotes
- Assisting with After Hour Callouts
- Generate reports and more
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to juggle tasks simultaneously
- Show attention to detail
- Show initiative and be a problem solver
- Be enthusiastic and friendly
- Have a good work ethic and be of professional appearance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Available to work weekends and public holidays.
**Our requirements**:
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- administration: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- Real Estate License (preferred)
Work Location: In person
