Collaborate with senior leadership to advise clients at strategic levels Provide big‑picture and tactical guidance on technology‑enabled business outcomes Lead client engagements and teams to drive innovation, collaboration, productivity improvement, and AI adoption at scale Be responsible for project management and associated deliverables Develop and evolve employee‑centric experience and organisational transformation strategies, propositions, and solutions Support the identification, development, and selling of workplace experience client propositions and pitch in response to market demand and digital trends Deliver sales presentations to clients and respond to RFPs aligned with Workplace Experience Assume a substantive role in the Advisory Practice with leadership qualities Skills and Experience
Experience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutions Solid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategies Workplace solution experience covering one or more of the following:
Digitally enabled collaboration and knowledge management, and supporting M365 technology and capability Digital platforms to promote staff engagement AI & agentic governance, value realisation and adoption Cultural change & workforce impacts Operating model and organisational design Process automation and augmentation
Open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane; willingness to travel interstate if required for project requirements
