What you'll do
- Enrol and support customers with product and service solutions
- Deliver consultative, tailored sales approaches that drive service uptake
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high service quality
- Apply training on the latest technology and telecom solutions to customers

- Can easily build a connection with new and existing customers
- Can develop customized solutions quickly
- Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Hungry to learn and grow within the role and beyond
- Have experience in a customer‑facing role
- Can thrive in a fast‑paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent service
