This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to thinkoutside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the architecture and construction market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and consultants.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
* Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Track leads, manage client interactions, and report performance through our Odoo CRM system.

Requirements

* Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
* Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
* Negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.

Desirable (Highly Regarded)

* Background in architecture, design, or construction industry.
* Overseas study in Australia (understanding of local business culture).
* Proficiency with Odoo CRM or other CRM platforms.

Process Details

New

Application received and acknowledged within 3 days.

Qualification

HR screens CVs and conducts short phone/video screening within 3 days.

First Interview

Interview with HR and Sales Manager to assess skills, motivation and cultural fit, completed within 3 days.

Second Interview

Interview with Senior Management, including short role-play or case study, completed within 3 days.

Contract Proposal

Reference checks, offer issued and contract finalised within 5 days.
