We are seeking an eCom Logistics Operations Lead to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our HomeRun delivery network.
This is a key leadership position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration skills. As an eCom Logistics Operations Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative logistics solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of end-to-end solutions, processes, systems, and procedures associated with eComX and HomeRun initiatives. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and cohesion to align on operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and embed end-to-end solutions, processes, systems, and procedures associated with eComX and HomeRun initiatives.
* Lead and influence cross-functional teams and connect and manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Enhance the team and customer experience by actively soliciting and implementing feedback.
* Escalate and resolve topics that require intervention where outcomes are likely to compromise operational ability to meet initiative goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience orchestrating organisational change and ensuring smooth transitions.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in software to support developing ideas and stories.
* A strong understanding or willingness to learn critical eCom systems and operations.
