The Opportunity
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor to join our team and help lead one of Australia's most talked-about wine bar openings.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team during busy, vibrant services.
* Support the Bar Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Collaborate with the Wine Curator to manage inventory and wine presentation.
* Assist in hosting events and experiences alongside our sommelier team.
* Optimise bookings and uphold the highest standards of guest experience.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in floor management within a premium hospitality setting.
* A deep love of wine and eagerness to grow your knowledge (WSET training provided).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
