If this sounds like you, you might be the customer focused problem-solver we’re looking for to join our Customer Experience (CX) team, especially if you love taking initiative and thrive on helping others!
As part of our CX team, you’ll be our go to expert for delivering standout service and support from first enquiry right through to post-sale follow up.
* Respond to inbound calls, emails and occasionally our trade counter, delivering first-class customer service and technical support
* Prepare accurate, timely quotes to meet customer needs
* Assist Business Development Managers with scheduling and client communications
* Contribute to business growth with a proactive mindset and can-do attitude
* Maintain accurate records and manage customer information with strong attention to detail
* Ensure every customer interaction is followed through, strengthening trust and long-term relationships
About you
This key role requires a dedicated, reliable, and punctual individual who brings:
* Proven experience where you have learned, applied, and communicated technical or detailed product information to support customers.
* A strong commitment to follow through and deliver on promises.
* Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing accurate quotes and managing data.
* Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for customers and colleagues alike.
* A natural problem-solving mindset, staying calm under pressure and enjoying the challenge of finding effective solutions.
* A team-oriented approach, supporting others with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Excellent organisation and efficiency, capable of managing multiple tasks while prioritising customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate computer skills, comfortable using CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and Microsoft Office tools.
* A proactive attitude, eager to take initiative and contribute ideas that enhance processes and customer experiences.
* Ideally, possess a background and knowledge of heating and hot water solutions.
