As a
Casual Retail Assistant
at Elka Collective at our
Macquarie David Jones
store, you'll be the face of our brand—welcoming customers, providing styling advice, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You'll assist with day-to-day operations including sales, stock management, and maintaining a clean, inspiring space. This role suits someone with a passion for fashion, great communication skills, and a flexible, can-do attitude.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
Maintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and visually appealing
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals
ABOUT YOU
Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day
Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environment
Able to commit to a shift pattern& some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
You can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
