Lead Spatial Analyst role supporting project development, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct spatial analysis, mapping, and modeling to meet environmental needs.
* Support data collection in the field and integrate results into GIS systems.
* Analyse and interpret geospatial data for site assessments, producing clear reports.
* Maintain and update GIS databases ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and currency of all datasets.
* Create high-quality maps and visual presentations to communicate findings effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams providing GIS expertise and insight.
About You
* A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Geomatics, GIS, or a related field.
* Knowledge of ESRI Suite and QGIS.
* Skills in spatial analysis, data management, and cartography.
* Familiarity with ESDAT and environmental data management.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Availability to start when suitable.
