Find your future with us.We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work within our high performing Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane, coordinating the post-offer process for Australia-wide and New Zealand recruitment.This role is key to the success of our team, setting the tone for customer service to both candidates and hiring leaders, ensuring quality, accuracy and compliance within the recruitment function.The scope of this role is broad and will include supporting talent acquisition specialists, coordinating recruitment processes, supporting new starters, providing support for systems and processes, monitoring legal compliance, problem solving, participating in advertising and other projects. Responsibilities:Coordinating the onboarding process of new employees into several Boeing subsidiaries across Australia and New ZealandSupporting the talent acquisition team with Pre-Hire Checks and contingenciesProvide ongoing candidate and hiring manager support while following important timelinesCreate and issue employment agreements and various lettersMaintaining and updating employee and candidate records to support the recruitment and selection processIdentify and develop process improvement opportunitiesEnsure 100 % data integrity of HR and TA systemsParticipate in a range of TA ProjectsIdentify opportunities to innovate and improve our servicesDesired ExperienceExperience in areas such as HR/recruitment administrationExposure to recruitment or HR systems i.e. Workday or otherExperienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholdersHigh level attention to detail and accuracy, with well-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skillsA desire to constantly improve and look for opportunities to innovate and change, think outside the box and look for solutions.EducationRelevant qualifications in HR or Business would be highly regarded but are not essential.EligibilityApplicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.About UsBoeing Australia and New Zealand are shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for both the defence space and the manufacturing of composite components for commercial aircraft.
