As a Youth/Disability Worker, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and empowering these young minds to become confident and capable to thrive and be the best version of themselves. Key Responsibilities
* Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance.
* Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth.
* Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges.
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
* Utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals.
* Support and encourage children and young people with Dual Diagnosis, including trauma-based behaviour, to feel safe and secure, building trusting relationships and connections.

About You:
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent, or working towards it. Click here to view more details.
* Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
* Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills to resonate with others.
* Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
* Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and sleepover shifts.
