About the role As a Sales Assistant at Trainers, an independent sneaker and streetwear store, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales across our unique range of sneakers, apparel, and accessories. You'll engage with customers to understand their style preferences, offer product knowledge, and ensure an inviting store environment. From maintaining displays to processing transactions, you'll contribute to the smooth daily operation of the store and help build lasting customer relationships that reflect our passion for sneaker culture and streetwear fashion.
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
- Maintaining stock levels and product presentation to the highest standards
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Actively contributing to the store\'s sales and marketing initiatives
- Supporting the store manager with day-to-day operations as required
