The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced salesperson to join as a Key Account Manager and take charge of the OTC product portfolio and drive growth across pharmacy, grocery, and retail channels.
You'll enjoy full autonomy and have the freedom to shape strategy and execution. Supported by a forward-thinking board, you'll play a critical role in strengthening relationships with key pharmacy groups, wholesalers, and distributors.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who's confident, strategic, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts across pharmacy groups, grocery, wholesalers, and retail chains
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve growth, share, and profitability targets
Negotiate trading terms, promotional activity, and product listings
Leverage your network to open new doors and strengthen market presence
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain for flawless in-store and online execution
Analyse category performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
What You'll Bring
Experience in key account management, sales, or business development within OTC, consumer health, or pharmaceuticals
A strong network within Australian pharmacy groups, wholesalers, and healthcare buyers
Proven success in negotiating major account agreements and delivering commercial outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
A genuine passion for health, innovation, and purpose-driven brands
Tertiary qualifications in business, science, or related disciplines (preferred)
