Key Responsibilities:
 * Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and industry best practices for property upkeep.
 * Obtain certifications from contractors and prepare annual fire safety reports.
 * Maintain environmental and occupational health and safety standards.
Budgets & Reporting:
 * Contribute to operational and capital expenditure budgets with regular monitoring.
 * Provide insights for monthly operational reports.
 * Support audit and management review processes.
Required skills include experience with tenancy fitout works, capital project delivery, and project management. Strong customer service ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are also essential.
