APMG Services is a rapidly growing provider of property maintenance, multi‐trade works and facilities support across Melbourne. Headquartered in Chirnside Park, we support clients across Childcare, Aged Care, Commercial, Council, Residential and Education sectors.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking several trade‐qualified carpenters to join our team. We are looking for reliable professionals who take pride in delivering high‐quality workmanship.
About the Role
As a Qualified Carpenter, you will work across a variety of projects, general carpentry work and maintenance tasks across multiple client sites.
You will work both independently and as a part of a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism. This role suits a reliable tradesperson who is adaptable, organised and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a range of carpentry work across residential and commercial sites
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
* Travel between and attend multiple job sites throughout the day as required
* Manage daily tasks efficiently to ensure work is completed within scheduled timeframes
* Identify and report site issues, defects or safety hazards accordingly
* Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean and organised condition
* Ensure professional conduct and presentation when working at client sites
Required Skills and Experience
* 2+ years' carpentry experience post trade qualification
* Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
* White Card & Working With Children Check (essential)
* Hold a valid police check (or willingness to obtain)
